Our basic process involves connecting to a main line, rough-in plumbing, and finishing touches.
We need to know where the hookups are located for the building’s supply and waste system to connect them to the main service line. At this time, we will also install the main water line. All necessary permits are in place ahead of time.
At the rough-in stage, we carefully cut holes in the wall, ceiling, or floor for pipes and waste systems. Drains, vent pipes, water lines, showers, shower bases, bathtubs (not including clawfoot tubs) and gas lines will be installed and connected. All installations are tested for leaks before the walls are closed up.
The final touches are installed – sinks, showers, toilet appliances, dishwashers, water purification systems, water heaters, gas appliances, and other similar fixtures are professionally installed and tested for leaks.
